Cancellation Policy: Standard 60-Day with Grace Period

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation are eligible for a full refund, except for events scheduled to start within 48 hours.

  • Cancellations made at least 60 days before the event date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.

  • The event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months of the original date, at no additional cost
